Stone Mountain Estates, a new luxury residential community, is now being constructed on 105 acres in Cross Roads, Denton County, Texas. The first 15 home-sites in Phase 1 are now available for purchase at promotional prices. There are 55 more home-sites that will be available as the remaining phases are completed and released for sale.

The final development will be an exclusive private gated community of 70 incredible estate lots of at least 1.0 acre in size. Each home will be nestled between large native trees, and many will have creek or lake frontage or have a view overlooking a wildlife preserve below.

Homes in the community will be deed-restricted to include only luxury estates with a European-inspired theme. Strict architectural controls will be placed on individual landscaping and all buildings to ensure architectural harmony and neighborhood standards of excellence.

The property is heavily wooded with large trees amid tall hills, creeks, and lakes. The highest point on the property is more than 100’ higher than the entrance, and many of the home sites will have expansive vistas overlooking natural terrain. An 80'-high waterfall will cascade into Stone Mountain lake for the private enjoyment of all the residents. Approximately 1/3 of the lots are located next to a creek or lake. Almost every lot has large trees and a view. There is no other residential development like this one in the North Dallas area. Other competing new developments are either located too remotely or do not have the dramatic elevation changes and natural features associated with Stone Mountain Estates.

The property is located directly adjacent to the Trinity River wildlife preserve between Lake Ray Roberts and Lake Lewisville in Denton County.

The main entrance is only ½ mile north of US Highway 380 along Rock Hill Road, only 11 minutes from the North Dallas Tollway and approximately 10 minutes from Interstate 35 in Denton. The “Highway 380 Corridor” is the fastest growing area in the DFW metroplex, and this particular property will be forever protected from new development. The main road leading to the project entrance is completely engulfed within US Corps of Engineers property, so human intervention can never spoil the natural views leading to the neighborhood.
