Development is already underway with the building of the gated entrance from Rock Hill Road. Another gated entrance will be located at the western-most end of Spring Mountain Road. Existing deep water wells will keep the lake and streams full. An 80-foot high waterfall cascades across the boulder-lined cliffs from the high ground above into the central park lake. There are 15 lots platted in Phase 1 (Lots "A" "B" and "C") of the development. Five more will follow shortly in Phase 2 ("D"). There are currently 50 lots preliminarily platted for the remaining phases.
