Topographic Map
The natural terrain of the property offers tall hills,
steep ravines, large boulders, and views unlike other
high-end residential developments around North Dallas.
This structural contour map shows the extent of
elevation changes throughout the development. The
highest elevation at 633 above sea level is
approximately 100 above the main entrance level of 530
ASL. This is also the highest elevation on the eastern
boundary of the Trinity River basin, providing for the
potential of a clear view of Lake Lewisville and the
Trinity River from upper decks on a home in the
development.
Waterfall Flow Into Lake
When complete, the 85'-high waterfall will flow over
600 gallons of water per minute across the natural
boulders and into the central lake. At night, the falls
will be lighted.

Hilly Terrain
The hilly terrain creates a unique opportunity for
home-sites with beautiful vistas. The front of this
1.0-acre lot is flat with a large building site for a
home, while the view from the back is enhanced by the
natural boulders and an elevation high enough to see
over the trees and creek below.
Upper Meadow
The southern portion of the property is located on a
high plateau. Each of the lots in this area will have
building sites on a large flat area (an existing hay
field) with large trees and hills along the rear of
every lot.
Another Hilltop View
From this vantage point, you can see the creek and lake
below.
Upper Lot Area
This photo is another view of the upper hay-field area.
The elevation drop at the rear of the lots behind the
tree line can be seen. This view is looking west across
the front of the lots in the area.
Front Yard View
Every single lot in the development will have dramatic
natural features. Many of the lots will be located on
either a creek or a lake. Almost all of the lots have
large existing trees. The two photos here show two views
of the same lot location. This photo is viewed from the
front of a lot along the hillside road.
Back Yard View
This photo shows the back yard area of the same lot.
Another Lake View

Doesn't Look Like Dallas?
This photo looks to the west from the edge of one hill.
You can see for miles without a single rooftop or
building. Aside from the future homes in Stone Mountain
Estates, there will never be any more development due to
the wildlife preserve.

Phase 1 Lot
This shows the most basic lot in the neighborhood.
Every single lot has large trees and rolling hills.
